TO SLIM, STAND UP
A study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology has
found that standing up replacing the hours we are sitting, we would avoid
weight gain and could even decrease the it.They carried out 46 studies with
1184 participants, with an average of 33 years and being 60% men, 40%
women. The average weight was 65kg. The results showed that if we were
standing for a year we would burn 2.5kg more in a year, and in four 10kg.

This could be a good idea, to put some high tables with no chair. This could reduce
a lot the obesity and could also reduce backache.
