GOOD NEWS! Eating dark chocolocate is good for the body

One of the most famous food products, chocolate, is said to make you fat and that it's nos good, etc.
But a study reveals that when it is in states close to the pure it can lead to favour some aspects:
-The control of stress
-The reduction of inflammation
-Improvement of memory
-Improve endocrine, cardiovascular and cognitive health
The most of this improvements are related to flavonoids a substance of the chocolate

I love chocolate specially the dark chocolate so this is a fantastic notice to me and I supose to a lot of people to see that the chocolate give us some improvements. It's very cool.
